Drew began his career serving in the United States Navy as a Boiler Technician and Machinist’s Mate, where he worked aboard the last class of active-duty steam ships before their decommissioning. After his naval service, he joined the Pipe Fitters and Welders Union, gaining industrial-scale experience on complex mechanical systems.

His transition into residential construction came naturally when he met Ashley, joining her uncle’s company, White Water Plumbing, where he mastered new-builds and refined his attention to detail. Plumbing runs deep in Ashley’s family — her father and several relatives have been plumbers for decades, shaping the company’s culture of craftsmanship and integrity.

After White Water Plumbing, and when their son Roman was born, Drew joined 2nd Century Plumbing, where the world of large-scale luxury homes truly opened up. Working alongside Ashley’s father and other seasoned tradesmen, he gained invaluable experience in the high-end Naples market — learning the art and precision required for complex residential plumbing systems built to stand the test of time.

Before founding Roman Plumbing Systems, Ashley worked as an office manager and bookkeeper for her uncle’s company, learning every facet of operations. Today, she leads the company’s administration, finance, and client relations, while Drew oversees all field operations, system design, and quality control.
